I tried to enter a maintenance request and it took 8 tries due to the obscure security code at the bottom of your request page. The background dots make it impossible to decipher the differences between a "y" or "u".... or a "b" or "h"...or a "!" or "1" or "l". It was only because I noticed the small red print of invalid response that I even thought to retry. Something as important as a fire hazard shouldn't be so difficult to report. I called the office at 9:10am and there was no answer...so I'm just frustrated.
